What payment options do you accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards. Payment is debited from your account at the point of purchase. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed using Shopify Payments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Can I change or cancel my order?If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@aforeafter.com. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When will my order ship?Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. We process orders in 2 - 3 working days after receiving them. Delivery time is additional and varies depending on the shipping destination. Learn more about our shipping
What is your return policy?We can accept returns for store credit or refund if items are returned to us in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached, within 15 working days of you receiving your order. Does AFORE AFTER offer special promotions or sales?From time to time we offer special promotions to our customers, newsletter subscribers and followers on Instagram. We don’t typically mark down our items on sale.
In 2022, we achieved the first step in our circular mission at AFORE AFTER after effectively implementing circular design and technology in our product development and also adapting a circular business model to launch our first multiform garment with zero post-consumer waste. What steps have you taken to offer sustainable packaging options?We work with packaging to a minimum requirement that will keep your items safe during shipping. All our packaging is paper-based, responsibly sourced and fully recyclable. Learn more about our packaging
Is AFORE AFTER doing anything to offset the carbon emissions incurred from shipping?We have partnered with DHL to ship worldwide using their GoGreen climate neutral service, which offsets the carbon footprint of every delivery, by contributing to climate protection projects such as Reforestation, Water Protection and Wind Power. I have an AFORE AFTER item that is worn out. What should I do?If you have one of our ETERNAL designs, the great news is that it’s made from biodegradable materials and we’re currently in the process of testing the garments in home composting systems. However, as a circular business we want to recover and regenerate our materials so we’d prefer if you contact us at hello@aforeafter.com to discuss the best options for your worn-out item.
